    The Database of Screening Practices (“DSP”) consists of information regarding state cost-effectiveness screening practices across the country, compiled primarily through surveys, interviews and research with state agency staff, program administrators and others. E4TheFuture makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, reliability or completeness of the information provided in this DSP. E4TheFuture has not independently verified or evaluated the accuracy and reliability of such information and is not responsible for DSP content or data, any inaccuracies, errors, omissions, misinterpretations or infringement in such information. The information in DSP is presented “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The DSP may contain citations or links to third-party sites and third-party content. Use of these sites, links or content is at User’s own risk. E4TheFuture makes no claim, representation or endorsement of, and has no affiliation with, such third-party sites or content.
