The Database of Screening Practices (“DSP”) consists of information regarding state cost-effectiveness screening practices across the country, compiled primarily through surveys, interviews and research with state agency staff, program administrators and others. E4TheFuture makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, reliability or completeness of the information provided in this DSP. E4TheFuture has not independently verified or evaluated the accuracy and reliability of such information and is not responsible for DSP content or data, any inaccuracies, errors, omissions, misinterpretations or infringement in such information. The information in DSP is presented “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The DSP may contain citations or links to third-party sites and third-party content. Use of these sites, links or content is at User’s own risk. E4TheFuture makes no claim, representation or endorsement of, and has no affiliation with, such third-party sites or content. By accessing the DSP, the User agrees to the fullest extent permitted by law, to waive and release E4TheFuture from liability for any and all damages, claims, injuries and expenses arising from or in connection with the use of the DSP and the information provided therein. Once the User has accepted the disclaimer, a persistent cookie will be stored on the User’s computer for three months. During this time, the disclaimer will not be shown, nor will it have to be accepted, unless the User’s cookie history is deleted. Even though the disclaimer may not be shown, the User agrees to the terms and conditions of the disclaimer for access to this database. Should the User author any papers or reports that involve analysis of DSP data or visualizations using DSP data, or share information from the DSP with others who author such papers or reports, the following citation must be included: The Database of Screening Practices – A Resource of the National Energy Screening Project, managed and owned by E4TheFuture. By agreeing to this disclaimer, User acknowledges that the DSP is owned by E4TheFuture, and has permission to use the DSP. User’s permission to access and use the DSP is conditioned upon its continued compliance with any terms and conditions of use set forth by E4TheFuture in this disclaimer or otherwise.
